Deluxe Brewing, Washburne State Park, Ft. Stevens State Park
A friend recently asked me about how I winterize my RV. I told him that when it looks like the temperatures might drop below freezing, I go camping. I think that keeping the trailer warm while using it is easier than blowing out the water lines.
The Oregon coast is not exactly warm in the winter but it is slightly warmer than the Willamette Valley. This mid-January trip took us to Deluxe Brewing and Sinister Distilling in Albany, Oregon for one night then to Washburne and Ft. Stevens State Parks on the Coast. Twelve days and eleven nights of dry weather. The temps hovered between 35 and 45.
