The National Parks Service oversees more than 400 locations including: 133 National Monuments (like Devils Tower and Statue of Liberty) , 85 Historic Sites and Parks, 36 National Memorials (like Mt. Rushmore), and 63 National Parks. It is probably not possible to visit them all, but we are trying.
Below is a few of my favorite photos from our trips so far.
National Parks: Arches, Bryce Canyon, Badlands, Crater Lake, Glacier, Grand Tetons, Great Basin, Lassen, Redwood, Theodore Roosevelt, Wind Caves, Yellowstone, and Zion.
National Monuments: Devils Tower, Newberry Volcanic, Joh Day Fossil beds.
