This year we took eleven trips for a total of 159 nights. 6800 miles in five States. No new National Parks, but we visited 17 private, state, NPS, and NFS for the first time.
Approximately half of the stays were without the benefit of full hookups. We also increased the average length of our trips and the length of stay in each campsite.
Lessons learned?
Being unplugged is better for seeing nature, but a better backup electrical system would help us enjoy the stay. (Lithium batteries are in our future.)
RV gauges and sensors are inaccurate. Things are never as bad or good as you think.
The toughest part of the trip is driving home and unpacking. So maybe we won’t be doing that on one of our future trips.

the Tetons are always a grand example of God’s creation. Good photo of the garter snake. Also like to see you two at Mt. Rushmore.
